Once your business documents are uploaded to the Hesabat platform, your accounts will be updated within 24 to 48 hours, and these changes will be reflected in the Hesabat app.

Your Accountant will take care of tasks such as reconciling your accounts, categorizing your transactions, and generating your financial statements. They will also make necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy and VAT compliance of your books. Occasionally, your bookkeeper may require your input, such as correctly categorizing a transaction or uploading a missing document through the Hesabat App. However, we strive to minimize your involvement in bookkeeping tasks as much as possible.

Additionally, you have the flexibility to schedule appointments with your accountant at your convenience.

Hesabat’s pricing structure is determined by the volume of business transactions. We are confident that our starting fee slab will comfortably accommodate small businesses operating with just one branch. If your business is registered for VAT, we recommend opting for our Accounting Premium service.

Hesabat employs its own exclusive software to manage your bookkeeping needs. With Hesabat, you won’t require any additional software since we handle all tasks within our platform.

Furthermore, you can effortlessly export any report available within the Hesabat platform into an Excel file, making it convenient for any financial analysis.

Absolutely! Our Accounting Premium plan includes assistance for preparing and submitting VAT tax returns.

If your business manages its own bookkeeping and requires assistance solely with VAT preparation and filing, we offer this service for a quarterly fee of BD 69/-

Both Hesabat Basic and Premium packages include coordination with an external auditor at no additional cost. This coordination includes providing all necessary information and documents to the auditor until the audit report is finalized.

Hesabat will furnish the trial balance and management reports up to the cancellation date of the accounting service to facilitate a smooth transition to alternative accounting software. Additionally, Hesabat will furnish the client with digital copies of all business documents stored in the provided storage drive.
